All payments on Kaki Gaming are processed by Stripe, a certified global payment provider. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on Kaki Gaming servers.
Website: credit/debit card (new or saved), FPX online banking, GrabPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Mobile app: purchases go through the App Store or Google Play. Some card payments require 3D Secure (bank verification) for your protection.
Kaki Gaming staff will never ask for your password, bank OTP or full card number — in chat, by email or anywhere else. Only pay through the app: transfers made outside the platform (bank transfer, e-wallet, crypto) are not protected, cannot be refunded, and violate our terms. If anyone asks you to pay off-platform or sends a suspicious link, report them in the app and email [email protected].
