Every order moves through a few clear stages. Your KAKI stays locked with the platform until the order finishes, so neither side can walk away with the money.
After you place an order, the companion has 30 minutes to accept it. If they do not accept in time, the order is cancelled automatically: you get a full KAKI refund and any coupon you used becomes available again. You can also cancel yourself for free at this stage.
An instant order starts about 5 minutes after the companion accepts; a scheduled order starts at your chosen time. Use the order chat to coordinate. Note: once a companion has accepted, the order can no longer be cancelled from the app — if something goes wrong, file a dispute instead (see the related article below).
When the session ends, either side can tap Confirm. The other side then has 30 minutes to confirm too; if they do not respond, the order completes automatically. Any order still open 24 hours after acceptance is completed automatically. Once completed, the companion's earnings are released into their pending balance and you can leave a review.
If a companion goes offline while your order is still waiting for acceptance, the order is cancelled automatically with a full refund and you will be notified.
