The publishers set the rules. Riot and Tencent treat paid boosting as a violation even when you play on your own account, and Moonton punishes any boosting that artificially raises rank. Know the rules before you book.
Riot penalises boosting in both games. Its Valorant rules say a boostee "could be someone paying for a service", and League's rules cover players who queue with a booster "as a service" to climb. Penalties include rank resets and suspensions.
Moonton's penalty rules list "Boosting in Ranked Matches", described as manipulating matchmaking "to artificially increase rank", with penalties that include suspensions and ranking bans.
The Honor of Kings Safe Gaming Agreement treats boosting by a third-party player as a violation, with bans of 1 to 15 days. Its match-fixing rules also name "playing together for monetary gain" and boosting, with bans of up to a year.
On KAKI nobody logs in to your account, so you never break the account-sharing rules every game has. That does not make paid boosting allowed, and we can't promise you won't be penalised. Paid sessions in normal or unranked games, or coaching that doesn't involve playing ranked for you, stay away from what the boosting rules target.

No. Nobody can promise a rank or a result. You book time with a partner, and how far you climb depends on your games. Losing a match is not a refund reason.
Each companion sets their own price per hour or per game, and you see it before you book. Messaging a companion first is free.
If they never accept the order, it refunds itself. If they accepted but didn't show, message them in the order chat, then file a dispute from the order before you confirm it. If the review finds the companion at fault, your locked KAKI goes back to your balance.
Yes. You can book the same partner as often as you like, and playing with someone who knows your style can make your games smoother.
