KAKI Coin and topping up

KAKI Coin is the virtual currency used for everything on Kaki Gaming: booking companions, sending gifts and shopping in the mall. The top-up rate is 70 KAKI per RM1.

How to top up

1. Open your wallet

Go to Wallet and tap Top Up, then choose an amount.

2. Choose a payment method

On the website you can pay by credit/debit card, FPX online banking, GrabPay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. In the mobile app, top-ups are processed through the App Store or Google Play.

3. KAKI arrives instantly

Your balance updates as soon as the payment succeeds. If money left your account but KAKI did not arrive, contact support with your payment reference and we will verify and credit it.

Good to know

All top-ups are final: KAKI cannot be converted back to cash or refunded to your card. Refunds for order issues are always returned as KAKI to your balance. KAKI can also be exchanged for K POINT to play arcade games, but this is one-way — K POINT cannot be turned back into KAKI.
