Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Kaki Gaming account at any time. Before you do, remember: remaining KAKI cannot be converted to cash — spend your balance in the app first, or withdraw eligible earnings if you are a companion.

How to request deletion

1. Open Settings

Go to Settings, open the Account tab and choose Delete Account.

2. Confirm with your email

Type the exact email address you registered with and choose a reason. Guild owners must transfer or disband their guild before the request is accepted.

3. 30-day deletion period

Your account enters a deletion period of about 30 days. Waiting orders are cancelled, your profile stops accepting bookings, and Settings shows the scheduled deletion date. You can cancel the request in Settings at any time during this period.

After deletion

Once the deletion is executed it is permanent and cannot be undone. Certain records (such as financial and transaction data) are retained for the period required by Malaysian law before being removed — see the Privacy Policy for details.
