When you book, your KAKI stays locked with the platform until the order finishes, and the kaki is paid only after it completes. If something goes wrong, file a dispute before both sides confirm. Pay only inside KAKI: payments made outside it have no protection. You can report or block anyone from a chat or their profile. Kakis must pass Stripe identity verification before they can withdraw earnings.
